Kevin Santiago is the managing partner of Greenlight Holdings LLC, a Utah-based company that owns 9 Brands, ranging from farm-to-table fine dining to fast casual: Cupbop Korean BBQ, 5 Star BBQ, Communal, Black Sheep Cafe, Station 22, Pizzeria 712 , The Corner and Chom. Previously, Mr. Santiago was the driving force in growing Sodalicious to 26 stores in 3 years before selling his ownership in the company in 2021. He was also the Chief​ Executive Officer at Sweet Tooth Fairy, a gourmet bakery from 2008-2012. Prior to his involvement in the food industry, Kevin was the founder and CEO of Cymphonix, a tech start up funded by VSpring Capital and Mercato Ventures. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University and his JD from J. Rueben Clark Law School.
