As the Campari America Italian Portfolio Ambassador for the West Coast, Daniel Warrilow brings his expertise and passion for all things bitter to the masses. When he’s not in his home city of Los Angeles, you’re likely to find him in Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago or making his rounds at high profile industry festivals or events.
No rookie to the spirits industry, Warrilow is an accomplished spirits professional with prior experience as a brand ambassador for a prominent tequila brand where he provided education on craft tequila, ran large trade events and developed cocktail strategies.

Before that, Warrilow helped open three locations for BLT Restaurant Group in New York City, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles. He also oversaw the bar program at the acclaimed restaurant Son of Gun, which earned a coveted spot on Bon Appétit magazine’s annual “10 Best New Restaurants in America.”

Warrilow is Bar 5 Day Certified, a BarSmarts Advanced Graduate, and a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. In his downtime, you can find him traveling to experience the food and drink culture of various countries or taking a fitness class to work off last night’s pizza.
