This interactive workshop is based on Mary Miscisin’s Showing Your True Colors. Participants identify their work styles by associating with a color (orange, gold, green, or blue) and use the understanding and knowledge of the color personality to work better with teammates, avoid conflict, and provide better customer service. Participants leave this workshop with deeper self-awareness as well as a better understanding assertive, aggressive, and persuasive behavior, which play a role in controlling conflict situations
