Whether you recognize it or not, you likely know a team member, colleague or hospitality acquaintance who needs help. Ben’s Friends was created to partner with bar and restaurant owners to ensure staffers fighting addiction once again become valuable employees. The goal of Ben’s Friends is twofold: assisting hospitality workers in their sobriety and, equally as important, ensuring jobs for people in recovery. Join this conversation to learn how to reach out to employees, deal with their issues, and support their move to recovery. In addition, during Bar & Restaurant Expo, Ben’s Friends will host a Sober Recovery meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:00pm, so check the agenda and app for more information!
