In this session Kapri will go into depth about creating healthy spaces for working and the importance of them. This will cover different training styles to how you treat your guests. Kapri hopes to provide tangible solutions to help you build your teams for efficiency and longevity. Without a strong sense of teamwork, an establishment's system can crash or feel a bit broken. This will help to mend that system back together.
